A Mental Health Checkup with me is a one-time, one-on-one, 60-minute call.
I really didn’t think I needed full on therapy, so I booked a checkup. I just needed to talk about what was going on with me with someone I trusted. And Aprile listened caringly and unbiased as always. I shared with her what had me stuck and she helped me work through what I had to do next. What was amazing about the call was that even after so much time past from my last therapy session with her, she remembered me, my life details, and what we were working on in therapy. She even remembered my boyfriend’s name! That meant so much to me. And the time went by crazy fast. I’m definitely booking a checkup when I need to again in the future. Thanks Dr. A.
