Is this therapy or coaching?
The Intensive is coaching. Not therapy.
We focus on live educational and coaching-style experience focused on learning and applying the Emotional Independence™ framework in real life.
What’s the difference between this and therapy?
Therapy often focuses on insight, healing, and processing. Emotional Independence™ focuses on a specific framework of thinking and practical application on how to stay grounded, clear, and emotionally steady in everyday life and relationships.
Do you have a payment plan?
Yes. There is an option to split the intensive into two payments.
$175 today + $175 in 2 weeks
How long are the live calls?
Each live call (set for Mondays and Tuesdays at 6pm ET) is currently scheduled for approximately 90 minutes. The office hour calls to be scheduled will be 45 minutes.
What if I can’t make the live calls?
There are four live classes you are welcome to attend. If you are unable to make one or all, video and podcast-style audio replays will be available, so you can listen and catch up at your convenience and on-the-go.
Will this be offered again?
That’s absolutely the plan. But there’s no set date yet. And this experience will surely evolve in the future and will not always be offered in this exact format or at this price.
What if I've never been to therapy?
If you’ve never been to therapy, you are absolutely welcome here.
This intensive is designed to be practical, supportive, and easy to follow whether you’re brand new to this kind of work or have been doing personal growth for years.
You just need a willingness to learn, practice, and show up honestly.
What if I’m already in therapy?
This experience is especially helpful for those who are already self-aware and ready to strengthen how they apply that awareness in real-life situations.
Just as with anything else you read, watch or attend in your world, you can always invite what you learned to discuss with your therapist.

What if I’m your client?
As a current or recent client within a year, you’re always welcome to join and use your Loyalty Rate. This is a separate coaching experience, not therapy.
There’s absolutely no obligation or expectation to join. Ever.
There is also no obligation to share you are in therapy or share I am your therapist during participation.
Can we talk about what I learn here in our sessions?
Absolutely! This topic and their lessons, just like any other workshops or training you attend, or anything else you read, watch, or learn apart from our sessions, is a part of your world.
As it impacts you, you can share and it becomes a part of our work together.
How can I access my Loyalty Rate?
Current and recent clients can always access their Loyalty Rates. Reply back to a newsletter email, or send a message here.
Also, if you are a current or recent client, your code is easily located inside your client portal, under Announcements.
How can I use my Loyalty Rate?
Your Loyalty Rate will be applied to purchase of the intensive.

Is Direct Access therapy?
No. Direct Access is coaching-style support and guidance connected to the Emotional Independence™ Intensive. It is not a substitute for therapy, crisis care, or emergency services.
Can current clients add Direct Access too?
Absolutely. Direct Access is additional, unique support from me throughout the intensive.
Use it whenever you need it and it becomes a live, real-time conversation — including hearing my voice guide you through questions, check-ins, practicing what to say, or tough moments.
How quickly do you respond inside Direct Access?
I check messages throughout the day and respond as quickly as possible during our 2 weeks together. This is designed for support, guidance, and grounding in real-life moments—not emergency care.
What app do we use for Direct Access?
We’ll use Voxer, a simple voice-and-text messaging app that works like a walkie talkie for quick, live voice messaging. You'll use the free access, so there is no added cost to you.
Can I text instead of voice notes with Direct Access?
Yes. You can send voice messages, text, images and check-ins through the app.
Will everyone be accepted into Direct Access?
No. Spots are intentionally limited to keep support thoughtful and responsive.
