A one-time 50-minute, $250 paid consultation where we talk through what’s bringing you in, answer your initial questions, and explore what support might be most helpful. You can feel out if we're a good fit and together we determine whether therapy is the right next step.
Based on our conversation, I create for you a personalized Action Plan that reflects your goals, key themes, and the direction of your therapy work. This helps translate insight into focus — so you’re not guessing where to start or what matters most. This plan becomes the foundation for our work together.
You can utilize this Action Plan for therapy with me, yourself or if you decide to go with another provider.
After reviewing your Action Plan, if we decide to work together, you’ll complete payment and intake forms online with access to your client portal where you can message any time. Once done, schedule your first therapy session—often within one week of your Discovery Call.

Do you accept insurance?
No. I do not accept insurance.
I am a private-pay provider. This allows me to offer more personalized, flexible, and confidential care without insurance restrictions or diagnoses required for coverage.
Some clients choose to submit claims called Superbills for possible out-of-network reimbursement. I recommend checking directly with your insurance provider. But also I can explain fully this process during our Discovery Call.
Is the Discovery Call required?
Yes.
The Discovery Call is required for all new clients and serves as a professional consultation to ensure fit, clarity, and alignment before beginning therapy.
Is the Discovery Call therapy?
No.
It is a consultation, not an ongoing therapy session. While it may feel therapeutic, its purpose is assessment, clarity, and decision-making — for both of us.
Is the Action Plan with the Discovery Call therapy?
No.
The Action Plan is not therapy. It’s a clinical planning document I create, customize, and deliver to you with recommended goals and resources based off of our conversation. It provides you clarity and structure for therapy, whether you work with me or not, before officially starting therapy. Many clients find it helpful even if they choose not to move forward with therapy.
Pricing and payment options are included in your Action Plan. This allows us to discuss fees in the context of your goals, recommended frequency, and level of support—rather than as a one-size-fits-all approach.
There is no obligation to continue. The Action Plan is designed to help you make an informed, grounded decision about next steps.
What happens after the Discovery Call?
If we both agree it’s a good fit, we’ll discuss options for working together and scheduling.

Who do you work with?
I work primarily with adults, women and men. I also work with couples in select cases.
Do you do in-person therapy?
No.
At this time, I see clients virtually only, and offer occasional in-person sessions when our locations and availability align.
How often would we meet?
That depends on your needs, goals, and capacity.
