A “Do I Need Therapy?” Discovery Call with me is exactly that. It is a one-on-one, 1-hour FULL consultation that is 100% customized to YOU, and addresses all your mental health questions and concerns.
In our Discovery Call, we explore together various facets of your life. Then, we assess your current mental health state, your emotional wellness needs, need for further referrals to other mental health or health professionals, and much more.
Most importantly, we establish your highest priority wellness items and come up with a Mental Health Self Care Action Plan designed specifically designed for YOU, which will include a recommendation list of local resources for wherever you are.
Our Discovery Call will be personal, fun, and engaging. We’ll introduce ourselves, become like old friends, we’ll laugh, we’ll cry, and we’ll figure out how to optimize your mental health and wellness.

A “Do I Need Therapy?” Discovery Call is a one-time, one-on-one, 60-minute consult call.
I signed up because of listening to Dr. Andelle’s podcast. Her voice was soulful and calming to my spirit, and she’s like that in real life too. Our call together was really helpful. I got a lot of clarity on what is going on with me. She recommended that I do need therapy, ideally for learning new behavior to tackle my social anxieties which she suspects impacts my personal relationship with my partner. I mean, wow. Didn’t even see that connection! Plus, Dr. Andelle reminded me that I need to make a doctor’s appointment for my recurring allergies and insomnia—something I keep dragging my feet on since COVID. It was a really holistic review. And the Self Care Action Plan she delivered was customized just for me and my next steps. Totally spot on. I did sign up for therapy with her… but I loved that she made me understand that I could work with anyone I felt comfortable with.
