We’ll meet online, 1-on-1, for a full day! We’ll introduce ourselves, become like old friends, we’ll laugh, we’ll cry, and we’ll figure out how to optimize your mental health and wellness. Fill me in on your life – what’s going on physically, emotionally, relationship-wise, and more, and we’ll map out specific, customized-to-you-and-your-life solutions WITH goals and recommendations for you to achieve positive, lasting wellness.
